Every bonus received carries a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 1988bo will attempt to restore the session to the last verified state. If restoration is not possible, the relevant bet will be fully refunded to your account. Our decision in matters of technical failure is final.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be transferred to you after deducting any bonuses or bonus winnings that have not met the rollover requirements. The closure process requires identity verification and takes 3–5 business days.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A maintenance fee of RM5 per month will be charged once that period has elapsed. Accounts whose balance reaches zero will be automatically closed.
